These terms apply to your use of shippingcontainersdisposal.co.uk and to quotes given through it by Shipping Containers Disposal & Removal. Please read them before using the website or asking for a quote. If you have any questions, email us at our contact page.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to find out about our services and to contact us. You must not use it for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or send anything harmful through its forms.
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our services. It is not a quote and it does not form part of any agreement.
2. Quotes
Our quotes are based on the information and photos you send us, including the type, size, condition, quantity and location of the container or cabin and the access to it. Depending on these, a quote may be a price for disposal, an offer of free removal or an offer to buy the unit. Once a quote is agreed, it does not change.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must own the container or cabin, or have the owner's permission to have it removed, disposed of or sold.
- You must tell us about anything left inside, anything attached to the unit, and anything on site that could affect the lift, such as soft ground, narrow or low access, and cables or trees overhead.
- Portable cabins must have any electricity, water and drainage connections safely disconnected by a qualified person before collection.
- Someone who can give access and confirm where the lorry can stand should be available on the collection day.
4. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by information given to us that turns out to be inaccurate.
5. Content and trade marks
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied without our permission. Other names and marks mentioned on this website belong to their owners.

Links to other websites, including our social media pages, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
